Pozole with Shrimp

500 grams shrimp
1 bag hominy corn
3/4 onions
4 cloves garlic
50 grams guajillo chile
1 cube granulated chicken bouillon

Cook the shrimp in a pressure cooker with 1/4 onion, 1 garlic clove, water to cover the shrimp, and salt. Leave it until cooked.
Remove the shrimp and set aside. In the same water from the shrimp, cook the corn and add a bit more salt. Let it cook for 1 hour.
Serve the broth, corn, and shrimp in a pot where the pozole will finish cooking.
Blend 3 garlic cloves, half an onion, guajillo pepper, and the Knorr cube. Strain the mixture and serve over the broth.
Let the pozole cook for at least 15 minutes. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
