3 tablespoons Oikos® greek style yogurt
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 cup flour
1 cup corn masa flour
vegetable oil
salt and pepper
500 grams shrimp, clean

Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
Combine the Oikos Greek Yogurt, sweet and sour sauce, and sriracha sauce in a bowl.
On a baking sheet, mix the flours with salt and pepper.
Insert 5 shrimp onto each skewer and coat them with the flour mixture.
Fry the shrimp in a pot with hot oil until cooked.
Brush each skewer with sauce on both sides.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
