Rock Shrimp with Spicy Yogurt Sauce

These shrimp are delicious as an appetizer, they are spicy but very light.

  • 3 tablespoons Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn masa flour
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 grams shrimp, clean

  • Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
  • Combine the Oikos Greek Yogurt, sweet and sour sauce, and sriracha sauce in a bowl.
  • On a baking sheet, mix the flours with salt and pepper.
  • Insert 5 shrimp onto each skewer and coat them with the flour mixture.
  • Fry the shrimp in a pot with hot oil until cooked.
  • Brush each skewer with sauce on both sides.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
