500 grams shrimp, cleaned and cooked
2 lemons, just the juice
1/4 cups Italian dressing
3 cups pineapple, finely chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cups red onion, finely chopped
2 serrano chiles, seedless, finely chopped
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
saltine crackers, for serving

Mix the shrimp with half of the lime juice. Refrigerate for 30 min.; drain them.
Combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Add the shrimp; mix them a little.
Refrigerate for about 30 min. Serve them with the crackers.
