Shrimp and Scallop Skewers

  • Thaw the shrimp, bacon, scallops, and meatme® guacamole.
  • Remove the shells from the shrimp and clean them. Wrap the shrimp and scallops with strips of bacon. Assemble the skewers alternating shrimp with bacon, scallop with bacon, diced green pepper, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  • In a bowl, combine mustard with honey, the juice of one yellow lemon, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and meatme® onion salt. Mix very well until you obtain a homogeneous paste and brush the skewers.
  • For the spicy avocado dressing, mix the guacamole with morita chili sauce, the juice of one yellow lemon, and mayonnaise.
