Shrimp and Squid Snack with Mango Dip

  • 1 cup pink shrimp, medium
  • 1 cup squid, (rings)
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, original
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups güero chile
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Ritz® cookies
  • mango, for decoration
  • chives, for decoration

  • Chop the shrimp and squid.
  • Mix the shrimp with the squid, cherry tomatoes, yellow lemon juice, scallions, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • For the mango dip, in a processor mix Philadelphia® Original cream cheese with the mango, yellow chili, mustard, and cilantro.
  • Spread the Ritz® Crackers with the mango dip and then place the shrimp and squid mixture. Decorate with mango and scallions.
