Shrimp Crepes in Cheese Sauce

You won't believe how easy it is to prepare these shrimp crepes in cheese sauce. They are perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Using Knorr® chipotle cheese cream will get half the recipe done. Serve them with a fresh salad.

  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, clean and in medium pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, in julienne
  • 1 Knorr® chipotle cream cheese
  • 12 crepes

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® and sauté the onion with the shrimp until well cooked.
  • Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and parsley. Mix and set aside.
  • Melt the remaining Margarina Primavera® and sauté the serrano chili; pour in Knorr® Chipotle Cheese Cream and once it comes to a boil, remove from heat.
  • Heat the crepes, fill them with shrimp. Place 3 crepes on each plate, top with mushroom sauce and serve.
