350 grams pink shrimp, precooked
1 cup breadcrumbs
250 grams flour
10 grams pimentón
1 tablespoon ground oregano
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
2 eggs
oil , for frying
chives, chopped
5 milliliters Tabasco sauce

Mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano in a deep plate.
In another plate, lightly beat the eggs and add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
Dip the shrimp in the egg and then in the breading mixture.
In a fryer, heat oil and fry the shrimp until they are slightly browned.
Place on paper towels to remove excess grease and serve.
Serve in a deep plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
