Delicious shrimp skewers, soaked in white wine to enjoy on a hot afternoon.

4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons pimentón
white wine
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lime

Remove the head, shell, and legs from the shrimp and devein with the help of a toothpick.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a hot skillet, add the olive oil.
Then add the sliced garlic, just until they turn golden.
Then, off the heat, add the white wine.
Return to heat and let the alcohol evaporate a bit.
Finally, add the shrimp along with the paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Let cook until the liquid reduces a bit and the shrimp are cooked but tender.
Serve accompanied by mayonnaise and some lemon wedges.
