Shrimp Taco

  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 grams shrimp
  • 1 onion, small
  • 4 limes
  • garlic, to taste
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 150 grams mayonnaise
  • salsas, Huichol sauce to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • salt, to taste

  • Wash the shrimp
  • Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and then add the yolks
  • Dip the shrimp in the egg
  • Once dipped in the egg, coat it with flour and repeat the process
  • Fry the battered shrimp
  • Heat the tortilla
  • Chop the lettuce into thin pieces
  • Soak the onion in lime juice
  • For the dressing, put mayonnaise in a bowl, add Huichol sauce to taste, and a few drops of lime to taste
  • Once you have all these ingredients, place the shrimp on the tortilla, add onion, lettuce, and the dressing
