Grilled Shrimp Tacos

  • 3 Tomatillas®
  • 9 shrimp
  • 1/4 cups red cabbage, finely chopped, in strips
  • 1/4 cups lettuce, finely chopped, in strips
  • olive oil
  • fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • pepper
  • 2 lime, to taste
  • mayonnaise, with chipotle, to taste

  • Place the shrimp in a pan over medium-high heat to cook and add a tablespoon of olive oil. After 3 minutes, add pepper. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Cut the red cabbage and lettuce finely into strips.
  • Heat the Tomatillos on a griddle.
  • Serve the shrimp immediately over the Tomatillos, add the red cabbage and lettuce to taste.
  • Chop the cilantro and garnish your tacos, add lime and chipotle mayo to taste.
