1 jar Cocina Mestiza® sweet and sour tamarind sauce
1 kilo shrimp
500 grams tortillas
1 shallot
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup red cabbage, washed and finely sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1 jicama, peeled and finely chopped
1 avocado
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1.5 tablespoons mustard
1 Habanero chile
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro

Wash and chop the vegetables (cabbage, cucumber, jicama, chili, and cilantro). Prepare the sauce by mixing mustard, mayonnaise, and habanero chili.
Heat the butter and sauté the shallot (or onion) until they are slightly translucent, add the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn golden.
Add the Tamarind Sweet and Sour Sauce Cocina Mestiza® to the shrimp. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and set aside in a bowl so the shrimp do not keep cooking.
Heat the tortillas. Serve the tacos with some shrimp, cabbage, cucumber, jicama, and cilantro.
Serve accompanied by the mayonnaise and habanero sauce.
