Shrimp Tostadas

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 limes
  • 300 medium-sized shrimp, cleaned and precooked
  • 3 tomatoes, in small cubes
  • chives, finely chopped

  • Combine in a bowl the mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped green onion.
  • Add the chopped tomato and the previously chopped shrimp.
  • Assemble the tostadas with two tablespoons of the mixture. Add more green onion or hot sauce to taste.
