Shrimp Tostadas in Morita Chili

Try these creamy shrimp in a different way, on tostadas with beans and accompanied by jícama and parsley. With this recipe for shrimp tostadas in morita chili and mayonnaise with soy oil McCormick®, you can give a twist to the classic tostadas that are already very popular among Mexicans.   • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 4 morita chiles
  • 1/4 cups peanuts
  • 3/4 cups McCormick® mayonnaise dressing, with soy oil
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shrimp
  • 8 tostadas
  • refried beans
  • jicama
  • parsley , for serving
  • lemon , for serving

  • In a deep skillet, pour in the soy oil and cook the onion, garlic, tomato, morita chili, and peanuts for 10 minutes. Then blend everything with the mayonnaise and soy oil dressing McCormick®. Set aside.
  • In a pan, add the soy oil and cook the garlic, shrimp, and the previously blended mixture for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked.
  • Spread the tostada with beans, add the shrimp, jícama, and parsley.
  • Serve with lime and enjoy.
