300 grams shrimp, clean and peeled
200 grams chinese pea
oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onions
1 cup soy

In a pot with water and salt, bring the Chinese peas to a boil. Once ready, remove them and place them in ice water.
In a hot pan, add a little oil, then add the garlic and onion until cooked but without coloring.
Add the shrimp and the peas.
When the shrimp are almost cooked, add the soy sauce.
