Shrimp with Chinese Peas

Shrimp with Chinese peas is super easy to make and very nutritious. The peas add an oriental touch that tastes delicious.

  • 300 grams shrimp, clean and peeled
  • 200 grams chinese pea
  • oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup soy

  • In a pot with water and salt, bring the Chinese peas to a boil. Once ready, remove them and place them in ice water.
  • In a hot pan, add a little oil, then add the garlic and onion until cooked but without coloring.
  • Add the shrimp and the peas.
  • When the shrimp are almost cooked, add the soy sauce.
