Shrimp with Dijon Mustard

Delicious shrimp with Dijon mustard, perfect for Lent. This recipe is very simple and quick as it requires few ingredients that have a lot of flavor, making these shrimp incredibly tasty. Serve them with some white rice.

  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
