  • 1 cup mango chutney
  • 3 scallions, the chopped tails
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 16 large shrimp, peeled but with tails
  • oil

  • Mix the chipotles, onion tails, and mango chutney. Adjust seasoning.
  • In a pan with a little oil, cook the shrimp, and after 2 minutes, add the sauce you just prepared.
