1 cup mango chutney
3 scallions, the chopped tails
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
16 large shrimp, peeled but with tails
oil
salt
pepper

Mix the chipotles, onion tails, and mango chutney. Adjust seasoning.
In a pan with a little oil, cook the shrimp, and after 2 minutes, add the sauce you just prepared.
Serve 4 on a plate and decorate with cilantro leaves.
