1 cup tamarind chutney
3 scallions, the chopped tails
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
16 large shrimp, peeled but with tails

Mix the chipotles, green onion tails, and tamarind chutney. Adjust seasoning.
In a pan with a little oil, cook the shrimp, and after 2 minutes, add the sauce you just prepared.
Serves 4 on a plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
