Stuffed Peppers with Gratin Shrimp

Delicious stuffed peppers with gratin shrimp. It’s a perfect dish for the Easter season or when you don’t feel like eating meat. The combination of manchego cheese, shrimp, and the pepper is perfect; once you try it, you won’t be able to eat just one pepper. The shrimp adds a unique flavor to the dish.

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 Poblano chiles, roasted, cleaned, and deveined
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, clean
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Manchego cheese, to taste
  • unsalted butter , to taste
  • salt , necessary amount
  • pepper, necessary amount

  • Sauté the shrimp with garlic, onion, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the peppers with the filling, cover them with grated chihuahua cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with rice to taste.
