300 grams tomatillo
100 grams white onion
50 grams garlic
100 grams Jalapeño chile, green
fresh cilantro
200 grams reduced-fat cream cheese
4 corn tortillas
200 grams Manchego cheese, grated
150 grams shrimp, cut into 3
1/2 onions, for the shrimp
1 clove garlic, for the shrimp
2 small boxes tomato , in cubes, for the shrimp
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Boil the tomato, garlic, onion, and jalapeños. Once cooked, blend them with cilantro and cream cheese.
Put a skillet with a little oil and add the onion, garlic, tomato, salt, and pepper.
Fry the tortillas for two minutes, once fried, fill them with shrimp and roll them up.
Place the tacos in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, sprinkle the grated manchego cheese on top, and bake the dish until golden.
