Toasted Bread with Alfredo Shrimp

Make this easy and delicious recipe for toasted bread with creamy Alfredo shrimp and spinach. They are gratinated in the oven on a crunchy bread base with a special touch of chili flakes. IRRESISTIBLE!

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon for a few minutes. Add the garlic, shrimp, and spinach, cook for 5 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in the cream along with the milk, let it come to a boil, and add the Parmesan cheese, cooking until slightly thickened.
  • Place the slices of Bimbo® Toasted Bread on a baking tray and add the shrimp. Sprinkle with manchego cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until gratinated. Serve with chili flakes.
