Smoked Salmon Appetizer with Cream Cheese

This appetizer is very easy to prepare and tastes delicious. It also makes a great open-faced sandwich like in the picture.

  • 2 packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 250 grams smoked salmon

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse until everything is combined and the salmon is in chunks.
  • Serve on toasted bread or crackers.
