Mix the flour with the beer, salt, pepper and garlic powder with the help of a balloon whisk, until completely integrated and there are no lumps.
Dip the squid one by one in the flour and beer mixture, covering them completely. Later, in a semi-deep pot with hot oil, fry the squid for 8 minutes or until golden. Remove and place on an extended plate with absorbent paper.
Serve the squid rings on a board and accompany with yellow lemon.
