Lobster is an exquisite and very elegant dish. This recipe is simple yet delicious as it enhances the true flavors of the lobster by pairing it with a butter sauce.
Bring 15 cups of water and 1/2 cup of white vinegar to a boil in a large pot.
When boiling, add the lobsters and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from the water (do not discard the water) and using a towel, take each lobster and separate the tails from the heads by squeezing the lobsters. Also remove the claws and return the tails and claws to the boiling water, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
In a pot, heat 1/4 cup of water until boiling. Gradually add the butter and whisk it into the water. Do this until all the butter is incorporated with the water.
Add the chopped green onions to the butter, remove from heat, and place in dishes to accompany the lobsters.
