1 package achiote
1/4 white onions
3 cloves
4 cloves garlic
3 allspice berries
1 tablespoon oregano , yucateco
1/2 cups orange juice, sour
1/2 cups orange juice extra Special®
1 pinch salt
6 white fish fillets
2 tablespoons Great Value® vegetable oil
12 güero chiles, grilled, deveined and skinless
1 cup red onion, pickled with habanero
12 corn tortillas

For the marinade, blend the achiote with the onion, cloves, garlic, pepper, oregano, orange juice, and salt.
Marinate the fish with the previous preparation for about 20 minutes.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil and cook the fish for about 10 minutes or until cooked, shredding it with the help of two forks. Adjust seasoning.
Stuff the chiles with the fish cochinita, serve with pickled red onions, and accompany with corn tortillas.
