Breaded Surimi

It's very complex to be a mom; the thing is that kids no longer want anything good. You can serve it with steamed vegetables, and this way, you make them eat veggies without them realizing it.

  • 1 package breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package surimi
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy juice
  • salt, to taste

  • In a plate, place egg with salt to taste, and dip the surimi.
  • In another plate, place the breadcrumbs to bread them one by one. Once the breadcrumbs are well adhered, dip again in the egg and then back to the breadcrumbs.
  • In a medium saucepan, place the oil of your preference. Wait for the oil to be well heated and start frying; it doesn't need much time because the surimi is already cooked.
