Medium
Cut the Surimi into medium squares, rinse the shrimp under running water, slice the onion into julienne strips, and chop the garlic finely.
Then we add 1/2 stick of butter to a skillet and add the onion and garlic, letting them sauté.
When the onion is translucent, we add the surimi and the shrimp.
We wash and count the spinach, and after 10 minutes of cooking, we add them to the skillet.
Once all the ingredients are incorporated in the skillet, we add the Worcestershire sauce, cover the skillet for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes of cooking, we remove from heat and add the grated Manchego cheese and cover the skillet for another 5 minutes to let it gratin.
After the time is up, we serve in freshly made corn tortillas.
