Surimi Salad

Try this delicious surimi salad, it is really tasty as it is accompanied by green onion, sour cream, and lettuce. It's a combination you don't want to miss.

  • 1/2 liters low-fat sour cream
  • 6 sticks surimi
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 100 grams chives
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt, and pepper

  • Cut the surimi sticks into julienne strips until you have many thin strips.
  • Finely chop the lettuce.
  • Add the cream and mayonnaise until they are well integrated with the surimi and cabbage.
  • To the mixture, add the chopped green onion, salt, and pepper to taste.
