6 sticks surimi
1/2 lettuce
100 grams chives
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
salt, and pepper

Cut the surimi sticks into julienne strips until you have many thin strips.
Finely chop the lettuce.
Add the cream and mayonnaise until they are well integrated with the surimi and cabbage.
To the mixture, add the chopped green onion, salt, and pepper to taste.
