Trout with Mushrooms and Fungi

A very light and delicious recipe. The trout seasoned with mushrooms and fungi is spectacular.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cups button mushrooms, slices
  • 1/2 cups oyster mushrooms, slices
  • 6 trout
  • 1 cup garlic
  • 1/4 cups dry sherry
  • 1/4 cups water
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the mushrooms and fungi for 15 minutes or until golden.
  • Add the sherry and water and let it boil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
  • On aluminum foil, place a trout fillet and 4 tablespoons of the mushroom sauce.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until the trout is well cooked.
