Trout with Mushrooms and Fungi

1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cups button mushrooms, slices
1/2 cups oyster mushrooms, slices
6 trout
1 cup garlic
1/4 cups dry sherry
1/4 cups water
pepper, to taste

In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the mushrooms and fungi for 15 minutes or until golden.
Add the sherry and water and let it boil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
On aluminum foil, place a trout fillet and 4 tablespoons of the mushroom sauce.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until the trout is well cooked.
