Tuna and Tomato Stuffed Endives

A delicious snack of Belgian endives filled with seasoned tuna. They are perfect bites for snacking because the boat shape created by the endives is the best, as you add tuna with tomato, lemon, a bit of jocoque, and cream cheese on top. Everyone will love them.

  • 2 belgian endive
  • 1 can tuna
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams jocoque
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • red bell pepper, cut into strips for garnish
  • 1 tomato, without skin, washed, and seeded

  • In a blender, mix the cheeses with the lemon juice until well combined.
  • Trim the bases of the endive stems and separate the leaves.
  • On each leaf, serve 2 tablespoons of tuna, 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture, and 1 tablespoon of diced tomato.
