  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 4 tuna, in medallions
  • 1 cup Bimbo® english-style ground bread

  • 1 cup carrot, for salad
  • 1 cup jicama, for salad
  • 1 cup cucumber, for salad
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for salad
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for salad
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for salad
  • 1 pinch salt, for salad
  • 1 pinch pepper, for salad
