  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 4 tuna, in medallions
  • 1 cup Bimbo® english-style ground bread
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup carrot, for the salad
  • 1 cup jicama, for the salad
  • 1 cup cucumber, for the salad
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for the salad
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the salad
  • 1 pinch salt, for the salad
  • 1 pinch pepper, for the salad
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, for the salad

  • In a bowl beat the egg with the milk until you get a homogeneous mixture, submerge the tuna medallions, remove from the mixture and cover with the Bimbo® English Style Breading, reserve.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat with the cooking spray, cook the medallions to the desired finish.
  • For the salad, in a bowl mix all the ingredients, season with orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano to your liking. Serve the medallions with the salad and fresh oregano.
