Tuna pancakes

Delicious tuna pancakes in tomato sauce, easy to prepare and that will delight children and adults alike. Prepare them, you will not regret it.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 canned tuna, in water and drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water

  • Mix and integrate the tuna, Maizena® Regular Corn Fécula, the egg and milk creating a manageable dough to form the pancakes.
  • Form the pancakes and sauté them in the oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove, drain and place on absorbent paper.
  • In a small pan, pour the water, let it boil, and add the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning Tomato, add the pancakes, cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
