Tuna Patties

Delicious tuna patties in tomato sauce, easy to prepare and sure to please both kids and adults. Make them, you won't regret it.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 canned tuna, in water and drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water

  • Mix and thoroughly combine the tuna, Maizena® Cornstarch, the egg, and the milk to create a manageable dough for forming the patties.
  • Form the patties and fry them in oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove them, drain, and place them on paper towels.
  • In a small baking dish, pour the water, let it boil, and add the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning, then add the patties and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
