100 grams canned tuna
5 tablespoons amaranth
1/2 lemons, just the juice
1 egg white
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

Mix the tuna (well drained) with the amaranth.
Add lemon juice, egg white, salt, and pepper to taste.
Form small balls with the previous mixture and place them to brown in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Let them brown on both sides, drain on a paper towel, and serve.
