The recipe for tuna pie is very easy, quick, and delicious. The flavor of the tuna complemented by a variety of vegetables served with puff pastry. Try it, everyone will love it!
Preheat the oven to 260º.
Have the puff pastry ready, rolled out and placed in a pie pan greased with cooking spray.
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the bay leaves, olives, and capers to the mixture. Stir.
Add the completely drained tuna and the tomato.
Remove the bay leaves and add the whole chiles, stems removed. Cover (add salt and pepper to taste) and let it rest for a minute.
When warm, stir the mixture with the egg whites.
Once our stew is ready, transfer it to the prepared dough.
Cover with another layer of puff pastry. Be sure to make holes.
Brush with egg yolk. Place in the oven.
