Tuna Tartare

This tuna tartar is a delicious and fresh starter. The fresh tuna is marinated with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and lemon; decorated with a few sprigs of coriander that, with their unique flavor, make this entree something spectacular. Try it, you will surely love it.

  • 450 grams fresh tuna steak
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Add the tuna to this mixture and stir gently.
  • Serve the tuna in 4 ramekin molds. To take to the table, unmold each ramekin in the center of a medium plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
