Tuna Tartare

  • 450 grams fresh tuna steak
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Add the tuna to this mixture and stir gently.
  • Serve the tuna in 4 ramekin molds. To present at the table, unmold each ramekin in the center of a medium plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
