This healthy season prepare this delicious tuna fillet tartare with an incredible spicy avocado dressing topped with a crunchy touch of Sunbites® Red Chili flavor snacks. It is crowned with alfalfa sprouts and watercress. The best part is that it is prepared in 25 minutes.
2 bags Sunbites® red chili flavored snacks, (47 g each)
2 avocados
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts, for decoration
watercress, for decoration

For the tartare, in a bowl mix the tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, orange juice, parsley, jalapeño pepper, and sesame seeds. Reserve.
Using a spoon or mortar, in a bowl, crush the Sunbites® Red Chili flavor snacks until you obtain a coarse powder. Reserve some whole for decoration.
For the avocado dressing, using a mortar, mash the avocado, add the onion, cilantro, cream, lime juice, Sunbites® Red Chili flavor snacks, and season with salt and pepper.
Form a timbal or tower using a slightly greased ring, placing a bit of the avocado mixture first, then add the tuna on top. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Unmold and decorate with Sunbites® Red Chili flavor snacks, alfalfa sprouts, and watercress.
