Tuna, Tomato, and Mozzarella Cheese Tart

  • 400 grams puff pastry

  • 3 cans Dolores® Premium tuna loin

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin until you have a square of approximately 24x24 cm. Fold the edges to create a border and seal with egg.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese over the rectangle. Add the Dolores® premium tuna loin and place the tomato slices on top, brushing the tomatoes with the same oil from the tuna.
  • Cover with the remaining mozzarella cheese, season with salt and pepper. Brush the edges with egg for color.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil, accompanied by a salad.
