2 cans canned tuna in water
1/2 onions
1 bunch parsley
2 Avocados from México
2 lemons
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Finely chop the tomato (seedless), onion, and parsley, and mix in a bowl.
Add the tuna to the bowl and season with lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cut the avocados in half and remove their skin, squeeze a few drops of lemon over them to prevent browning.
Fill the avocados with the tuna salad.
