Avocado with Tuna

Try this avocado with tuna recipe, it's really delicious, you can use it as an afternoon snack or as a light dinner.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 Avocados from México
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  • Finely chop the tomato (seedless), onion, and parsley, and mix in a bowl.
  • Add the tuna to the bowl and season with lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove their skin, squeeze a few drops of lemon over them to prevent browning.
  • Fill the avocados with the tuna salad.
