Cahuatún

  • 1/2 onions, medium-sized cubes
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • 1/4 cups duck sauce
  • 6 drops Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 cubes Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 3 cans canned tuna

  • Heat a large skillet and add a drizzle of oil.
  • Add the garlic, and once it turns translucent, add the diced onion, tomato puree, and duck sauce.
  • Add a few drops of Maggi sauce.
  • Add the 1/2 cube of Knorr shrimp bouillon.
  • Once everything is fried, add the cans of tuna.
  • Serve as taquitos in corn tortillas.
  • Add diced red onion with lime and chopped cabbage to the taquitos.
