Healthy stuffed avocados with tuna

  • In a skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, and once hot, sauté the onion; when it turns translucent, add the tomato along with the Mega package of Atún Dolores® in water, the mayonnaise, and the juice to season, and cook everything for 5 minutes.
  • Take about two tablespoons of the Atún Dolores® preparation and start filling the avocado halves.
  • On a large plate, place a bed of lettuce, on top, add the stuffed avocados, decorate with cherry tomatoes, cream cheese, and sprinkle with parsley. Done!
