Chipotle Tuna

This is a way to prepare a tuna stew with a spicy touch and in a different way without it being precisely a salad, so it can add a touch of formality. Additionally, it is very simple and economical.

2 cans tuna
2 tomatoes
1 can chipotle chile, small
2 carrots, diced
salt , to taste
1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Preparation

Put the butter in the pan and add the diced carrots. Cook until they are tender.
Blend the tomatoes with the marinated chipotle peppers.
Add the previously drained tuna to the pan with the carrots.
Pour the tomato and chipotle mixture into the pan.
Season with consommé or salt. Let it cook until it comes to a boil.
