Chipotle Tuna

This is a way to prepare a tuna stew with a spicy touch and in a different way without it being precisely a salad, so it can add a touch of formality. Additionally, it is very simple and economical.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • salt , to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter

  • Put the butter in the pan and add the diced carrots. Cook until they are tender.
  • Blend the tomatoes with the marinated chipotle peppers.
  • Add the previously drained tuna to the pan with the carrots.
  • Pour the tomato and chipotle mixture into the pan.
  • Season with consommé or salt. Let it cook until it comes to a boil.
