  • If you use smoked tuna, usually it always comes in a large piece, what you have to do is with your hands you will unravel it or separate it or if you prefer to use a knife you will chop it into small pieces. If you do not find this type of tuna and you decide to use tuna tuna you will only drain the liquid that has either the oil or the water and with a fork you separate the large pieces.
  • Since you have ready the tuna you are going to mix it with cream cheese Philadelphia which I recommend that you have it at room temperature so that it becomes creamy when mixing with the tuna. Since you have mixed these two ingredients you are going to season by adding the well chopped cilantro, the green chilies, the onion and the lemon (the zest and the juice) of the latter is only a little juice, this is to bring acidity and cut a little how strong of smoked tuna. You mix everything very well and tests.
  • Sometimes, depending on the tuna you buy, it can be a bit salty so, since you have mixed ingredients, try the mixture and you decide if you need a little more salt or not. If you are going to use it in cookies or toast, I recommend that you put it right at the moment of serving to avoid softening the cookie. Another suggestion to serve is to put in a nice bowl the preparation of tuna and to the side the cookies, the toasts or the slices of bread. You'll see what a good snack it is.
