Mix the tuna, cooked potato, Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade and Seasoning, flour, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, and pepper in a bowl with a spoon, until fully combined to form a moist dough that can be shaped into patties.
Form the patties and place them on a board. Mix the flour and garlic powder on a flat plate, then place the egg in a bowl and the panko on another plate. Dip each patty in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko.
Fry the patties in a pot with hot oil over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and place on a plate with paper towels.
For the sauce: use a whisk to mix the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, and Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade and Seasoning in a bowl, until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the crispy tuna patties on a plate with green salad and accompany with the sauce.
