4 chipotle chiles, chopped or 4 tablespoons of chipotle sauce
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 leek, large
1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
3 Avocados from México
1 package tostadas
750 grams tuna steak, thick (2 large fillets)
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, optional
1 tomatillo, chopped

For our chipotle dressing. Mix the mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle peppers, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and the juice of 1 lime. Set aside.
Cut the fish into medium strips and marinate with the remaining soy sauce for a few minutes. The tuna can be seared in a pan if desired.
Slice the leeks very thin, fry them in olive oil until they are crispy. Drain and set aside.
On each toast, spread a little of the chipotle dressing, place some strips of tuna on top, add a bit of chopped tomato, two or three slices of avocado, drizzle a little olive oil, sprinkle some dill and sesame, and finally add a handful of fried leeks.
