We start by cleaning and cutting the vegetables into small pieces.
We place a pan over the heat with a couple of tablespoons of oil and add the onion, sautéing and letting it cook.
After a couple of minutes, we add the red bell pepper and mix well. Next, we add the zucchini, and finally, we add the tomato.
We season the mixture, add Provençal herbs, and let it cook until the tomato is completely broken down.
At this point, we add the tuna, sauté and let it cook on low heat for a couple of more minutes.
On the other hand, in a pot, we bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer's instructions.
