Macaroni with Vegetables and Tuna

  • We start by cleaning and cutting the vegetables into small pieces. We put a pan on the fire with a couple of tablespoons of oil and add the onion, sauté and let it cook. After a couple of minutes, add the red pepper and mix well. Next, add the zucchini and, finally, add the tomato. We salt the whole, we add Provencal herbs and let cook until the tomato is completely undone. At this time, add the tuna, sauté and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
  • On the other hand, in a saucepan boil plenty of water with salt and boil the macaroni following the manufacturer's instructions. When the macaroni is in its point, we dump it in a dish rack and return it to the casserole dish. We pour, on the macaroni, the vegetables with tuna and we mix well so that they are impregnated.
