Mediterranean Tuna in Tomatoes

This delicious tuna recipe will delight you; it has all the Mediterranean flavor and is very easy to make, plus the presentation will look lovely. Ideal for a light and easy dinner.

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 cups black olives, in slices
  • peppermint
  • feta cheeses, cut into cubes
  • 2 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into cubes
  • lemon juice
  • basil
  • pepper

  • Cut the top off the tomato as if it were a lid, remove the seeds from the tomato so that only the outer part remains, and set aside.
  • Drain the water from the tuna and mix with the olives, cucumber, feta cheese, mint, and chopped basil, along with a splash of olive oil and lemon.
  • Fill the tomatoes with the tuna mixture and decorate with a large leaf of basil and one of mint.
