1 can tuna
1/2 cups black olives, in slices
peppermint
feta cheeses, cut into cubes
2 red beefsteak tomatoes

Cut the top off the tomato as if it were a lid, remove the seeds from the tomato so that only the outer part remains, and set aside.
Drain the water from the tuna and mix with the olives, cucumber, feta cheese, mint, and chopped basil, along with a splash of olive oil and lemon.
Fill the tomatoes with the tuna mixture and decorate with a large leaf of basil and one of mint.
