Onion-Topped Tuna

  • 400 grams tuna, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 onion, large
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • English sauces

  • 2 lemons

  • Cut the onion into julienne strips, not too thin and not too thick.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much, you can remove the excess when the onion is cooked).
  • Once the onion is sautéed, cook the tuna in the pan and season with lemon, salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Let it cook to the desired point and serve.
