Potato with Tuna

This recipe is loved by my whole family. It's perfect for kids as it contains vegetables and proteins. Plus, it's very simple and easy, you can prepare it in no time. Serve with white rice to enjoy a delicious meal.

  • 1 kilo potato, cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 stems celery, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 cans tuna
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • pepper, to taste

  • Sauté the cooked and diced potato in a skillet with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and let cook for a few minutes.
  • Incorporate the celery and diced tomato into the skillet.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with grated cucumber.
