There is no snack more delicious than seared tuna tostadas with orange and soy vinaigrette; it is a simple, different preparation that doesn’t take much time to cook. The soy sauce prepared for this recipe is spectacular.
2 green onions, including the tail, finely chopped
1/4 cups rice
1/4 cups rice vinegar
1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
corn tostadas, to taste
avocados, to taste
sprouts, to taste

For the sauce: In a pan, toast the rice. Set aside.
In a bowl add: soy sauce, orange juice, árbol chili, green onion, rice, and rice vinegar. Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours. Once the time has passed, strain the sauce. Toast the sesame seeds and add them to the sauce.
In a pan add the oil. Incorporate the tuna, once it is seared on both sides, remove the fish from the heat.
Slice the tuna into thin slices. Marinate the fish in the soy sauce (that you prepared) for 30 minutes.
Slice the avocado.
On a tostada, place a couple of slices of tuna, add a few pieces of avocado, and a bit of sprouts. Serve.
