Tostadas de Salpicón de Atún con Kale

  • 4 cans tuna
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano chiles, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 bag Eva® revitalize sesame salad
  • 8 corn tostadas, baked
  • 1 avocado, slices for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, chili, cilantro, and radish. Set aside.
  • Cut the leaves of the Eva® Revitalize Sesame salad bag into thin strips and add to the bowl with tuna along with the salad toppings.
  • Add the salad dressing and mix with a spoon.
  • Serve the previous mixture on the tostadas and garnish with avocado slices. Serve immediately.
